Quote-Ready Website Launch

A defined project.
A working handover.

For a service business that wants a simple online presence or a clearer way to handle enquiries. We agree on the exact pages, workflow, tools, and launch date before work begins.

  • One mobile-friendly service page with your services, service area, and a clear next step.
  • One quote-request form with up to six fields, matched to the details you actually need.
  • One acknowledgement and one owner notification, using an agreed email or automation service.
  • One enquiry tracker in your own spreadsheet or existing approved system.
  • One revision round, a tested checklist, and handover of your account access.

Working Handover Promise

Your final payment is due after the agreed delivery checklist passes. If I cannot meet that written checklist and cannot resolve it within the agreed correction period, I return your project deposit.

Includes correction of implementation defects reported within 30 days of handover. New features and third-party outages are outside that correction scope.

A useful fit

Built around your services.

Trades and home services

Capture the job type, service area and preferred timing for painting, landscaping, roofing or maintenance enquiries.

Detailing and local services

Give customers a clear way to request a quote and give your team a consistent summary to review.

Agency client projects

Scoped implementation support for a client landing page and enquiry workflow. Your agency keeps the client relationship. Scope and delivery are agreed before work begins.

From first call to launch

Clear steps on both sides.

1. Find the useful change

We review how people currently enquire, what details you need, and which step is taking unnecessary work.

2. Agree and build

You approve the scope and provide content and account access. I build the page and connect the agreed workflow.

3. Test and take ownership

We send a test request, check both messages and the tracker, make the agreed revision, and walk through your setup.

Before you commit

A few practical answers.

Do I need to replace my current website?

No. If your current website already works well, the project can focus on an enquiry page and workflow instead. Any replacement or change to existing pages is agreed first.

Will this guarantee more customers?

The promise is a functioning website and enquiry workflow, with the agreed checks completed. Advertising, traffic, sales, and a particular number of bookings are not included in that promise.

Can you work in French?

Yes. I speak French and English. Your page and reply templates can be delivered in either language. A fully bilingual version can be scoped separately. Je peux livrer votre page et vos messages en français.

What if I need online payments, a full booking calendar, or AI chat?

We review the need during the fit call. Those are separate integrations and are not included automatically in the $750 package. Start with the workflow you need, then add features that justify their cost.

Who owns my website and enquiries?

You keep your domain and connected services in your own accounts. The delivered website files and agreed materials are handed over to you after payment. Your enquiries stay in your approved tools; the demonstration above collects none.

How many projects are you taking?

This pilot is limited to two active projects at a time so each client receives personal attention. Your start date is agreed before you pay. There is no countdown deadline to make a decision.

Aly Djiguiba

The person behind ClearSpruce Systems, with a background in Sustainable Design Engineering at the University of Prince Edward Island.

I combine website creation, AI automation, and engineering problem-solving to build practical systems for local service businesses. French is my first language, and I work in both French and English.

As a co-founder of PEI Care Bridge, I understand the work involved in getting a local service business started. I also bring hands-on cleaning and dishwashing experience, and the reliability developed through three seasons of tree planting.

You work directly with me: a clear scope, a working demonstration, tested delivery, and a handover you can use.

Start with your current process.

Send your website and the step you would like to make easier. We can discuss whether this project fits before committing to a build.
